The Guitar Department

The Guitar Department

The Guitar department has 48 students.

The students of the guitar department are regular participants in national and international competitions.

The guitar classes are taught by teachers Mladen Milojković, Srećko Ilić, and Dalibor Milenković.

The Piano Department

The Piano Department

Since its establishment, the Piano department has been one of the most important departments of the school. Currently, it comprises five classes with a total of 74 students.

It all starts in the preparatory preschool program. Alongside solo performances, a great number of students participate in chamber ensembles from all other departments, and they often showcase their talents as soloists alongside the school orchestra.

The school’s teachers are qualified to guide students from their first musical steps all the way to prestigious competitions. Throughout the year, a variety of activities are organized such as internal lessons, class concerts, and visits to other music schools’ Piano departments in the East Serbia.

The piano classes are conducted by teachers Dušan Suton, Vukašin Jelenković, Nina Stanojević, and Pavle Šokac.

The Accordion Department

The Accordion Department

The Accordion department currently enrolls 48 students. It has witnessed a surge in popularity owing to substantial improvements in teaching methodologies and enhanced promotion of the instrument.

Our accordion students are well-known participants in all major competitions in the country. For seven consecutive years, the school has been successfully organizing the ‘Accordion Fest’ competition, which has contributed to the development and promotion of talents.

The accordion classes are led by teachers Dalibor Arizanović, Danica Konatar, and Miloš Mladenović.

The String Department

The String Department

The String department has 18 students.

Throughout its history, the String department has consistently produced successful students who further enhanced their education.

Even today, it is known for exceptionally talented students who represent the school at the national competitions every year.

The violin, the sole instrument in this department, is taught by teacher Jovan Timilijić.

The Wind Department

The Wind Department

The Wind department specializes in trumpet and clarinet instruments, and has 24 students.

Each year, the trumpeters from our school significantly contribute to the school’s reputation by achieving important results at the National Music and Ballet Schools Competition, the National Festival, and numerous other international competitions. Students from this department dedicate significant attention to orchestra work as well as chamber ensembles.

The teachers are Miloš Kostić, and Marko Stojković.

The Vocal Department

The Vocal Department

Starting from the school year 2022/2023, the school also offers a Vocal department, which lasts four years, where students master vocal technique.

The Vocal department is attended by 12 female students, aged 13 years and older.

The teacher of solo singing is Milica Dimitrijević.

GROUP CLASSES

Solfeggio classes are taught by teachers Dobrivoje Krstić, Mila Petrović, and Snežana Dragićević.

Dobrivoje Krstić conducts music theory and orchestra classes, while Julijana Milosavljević leads choir classes.
